when fat adapted protein is not the big of a deal, but don’t sweat it, and a little extra protein should not hurt. I lost lots of weight without knowing anything about protein limits

Yes, protein is a bit more flexible than carbs. Set carbs at no more than 20g net.
Protein amounts can vary depending on which expert you listen to. Anywhere from .8 grams per lean body weight up to 1.25.
The more active you are, the more you can push the upper end imo. But you don’t want to go too high, as too much protein will turn to stored fat.

Sure. I do it at least. Just small amounts like 1 square. There’s about 4 carbs on mine.

I do it. In moderation of course.
Oh, and I just discovered Trader Joe’s has a 100% dark chocolate with nibs.
