I’ve found quite a few Keto Vlogs on Youtube that are pretty well done and go into more detail with recipes and tips. These are a few of the channels I liked:

In addition to Keto Connect, I subscribe to Katherine Michelle, ADKeto, Headbanger’s Kitchen, and High Falutin’ Low Carb. I like their content consistently.

I check out Jason Wittrock and Michelle Rock every once in a while.

I love the “What I eat in a day” vlogs and shopping haul videos in particular.
