I just thought would check in and explain what’s happened with my Ketogenic diet. In January given a clear bill of health with MM in remission after stem cell transplant. I used Keto previously when diagnosed April last year. The blood tests with chemo treatment all pointed in a good direction for stem cell to start in that September. I had been in ketosis with a low 20 grams of carbs daily. My weight dropped from 140 to 130 lbs at 5,8" was no good, the doctors wanted me back to 140 for the stem cell transplant so dropped off Keto.
Knowing the ketogenic diet plays a good part in my health I wanted to find a way to incorporate it daily without losing weight that took me until about a month and a half back to stay in Ketosis ( I use a keto breath meter 0.01 in red is in ketosis and averaging 0.07 I test it with other people they all are in the green area )
I went to work reading books and YouTube streams decided variety in whole foods specially the 5 health defence systems in our body. and came up for myself a " Well-Formulated Ketogenic Diet** " or " Ketogenic Mediterranean Diet ," am now eating 30 different things a day, Meat, fish, poultry, plants, nuts, fruits, dairy not milk, whole grains. oils mainly cold pressed virgin olive oil. herbs & seasonings. I walk 8 miles a day and weight train a bit should do more.
Using AI DeepSeek two month back it would not believe it possible. I put in the meals I ate daily and there measurements… Eventually it agreed it is possible.
There’s so much information at our fingertips nowadays never feel like you cannot get help.
