I’m on my keto journey for the second time around.
in the beginning of my early teenage years was the first time I started to gain weight and get symptoms of insulin resistance, so a low carb keto diet is the only diet that works for me…
I have been on a very low carb diet before but I did it wrong! I didn’t give my body enough food so I fell of the track and ended up gaining the weight back… ugh - whatever, I have learned from my mistakes…
I started the keto lifestyle about to months ago and I have lost some weight, (but not much), the weight loss isn’t that fast as the first time on keto.
I am very sure that my diet is on point I don’t count my calories, instead I listen to my body. Some days I eat more and other days I eat less.
Have any of you guys been on keto for the second time around? And what is your experience?
