What does it mean if my keto urine strip is showing a dark brown color?

Nothing, they’re useless. Invest in a breath meter if you want to measure your ketone levels.

They’ve always worked for me. The tube should have a color chart on it you can compare to. On the brand I’ve got, a dark brown would = 160 mg/dL, which is the highest the strips register.
