I am taking the below list of supplement. Are they too much? Will there be any adverse effect? will they prevent/ kick me out of ketosis?

AM :
1 Scoop of Collagen 5000, Marine-Sourced Collagen Peptides + Hyaluronic (California Gold
2 soft Gel of AcaiBerry, Extra Strength, 1,200 mg (Natrol)
2 Soft Gel of Evening Primrose Oil, 1300 mg each Gel
1 capsule of High Absorption CoQ10, with BioPerine, 100 mg (Doctor’s Best)
PM:
1 Scoop of Turmeric Powder Mix with 1 Redoxon Effervescent Tablet (this is sweet)
2 capsules of Black Cherry Fruit, 750 mg (Now Food)

I feel I am getting on the edge of being a supplement whore.
I eat a balance diet. well, not entirely as I stick to Keto’s principle of LCHF. I balance my greens and proteins. and constantly fight to add fats to my diet.

Depends why you are taking them I guess. I do think it is easy to take more than necessary and the danger is we can throw other things in our system out of kilter.

Tip re turmeric - it is much more effective taken with black pepper and a fat. The easiest way to do this is to make turmeric paste (see YouTube). I add coconut oil and black pepper to the mix and then simply scoop out a teaspoon (or however much you want) a day and mix with something or simply swallow it down with a glass of water.

Have you checked the ingredients (on package, or website nutritional info) for some of the products you are taking, to check for sugar or starch fillers/binders?
