I have been a gym rat for quite some time and have used many supplements in relation to that. I am day 14 keto but i hear some saying keto supps r good and others saying no. Any thoughts on this? Thanks guys!

Exogenous ketones may provide extra beta-hydroxybutyrate for your brain, but they won’t help you get into nutritional ketosis or become fat-adapted. The only way to do that is to cut your carbohydrate consumption as low as possible, so that your body will stop making so much insulin. And once you’ve done that, your body will manufacture all the ketone bodies you will need for free! I vote for saving money by not buying the supplements.
