UPDATE - I am now down to 3.2oz of Vodka daily. (Down from 8oz). Feeling much better! Since April I have gone from 207lbs to 176. Tummy almost flat. I added much more exercise to my routine. 20 minutes treadmill in the morning and 15 after work. I make sure I break a sweat. I also do planks and hold it as long as I can. All of your comments have been a Godsend! Thanks everyone.
