I started keto about 7 weeks ago, and have been consistently losing about 1kg a week, which I am happy with. My hunger levels have dropped, and I’m sleeping better. This all sounds good and is in keeping with most of my research.
However, ever since about day 4, my keto strips samples have remained very dark purple (apart from 2x 2 day period where I had big nights and kicked myself out).
From what I have read, my body should be fat adjusted now and using these ketones, so the strips should be much lighter. Am I doing something wrong?
