Keto Stall. Why

I started keto in mid September after seeing rapid weight gain. I’m 5’11 but I reached 206 lbs and started feeling heavy. Realizing I’m 30 lbs overweight and still not losing weight despite very long hours in gym, I got frustrated and started keto.

I dropped rapidly on keto, in the first month. By mid October I was 192 and had lost 13 lbs. But since then it’s stalled and there is no change. This is now going into third week and I’m still not losing. I eat about 20 grams carbs a day and 1800 calories. I eat high saturated fat and ample protein too. It’s been the same way since I started.

I then went to the gym and in the gym I realized I lacked the stamina and energy for a good workout. It seemed overwhelming just to do aerobics. Wasn’t like this before. I feel I’ve lost the ability to workout being on keto.

It’s very disappointing phase for me – not only am I stalled but I can’t work out either. What’s going on? Please help. I need to be 179 lbs to be ideal weight. I’m half way through that on keto. I just don’t know why my progress appears to have stopped
