My favorite keto-friendly smoothie:

Take a couple of raw eggs, toss in some bits of sausage/bacon/ham, a dash of heavy cream, mix furiously until smooth.

Before ingesting, fry it up with salted butter in an omelette pan.

Makes a great meal anytime. :wink:

Wow, everything is processed to oblivion in those commercial product smoothies. I can’t imagine drinking a meal unless it were medically necessary.

Closest I would ever come would be whole milk, fruit, and vanilla blended and frozen into popsicles sometime after July, and then only under thermal duress.

Whatever flavor protein powder I’m feeling the need for, usually some powdered MCT, and depending on the rest of what I’m eating that day my fat source. Blender with some ice or if I want it really thick some xantham gum.
