Skin just takes a while to bounce back into shape. I think the younger you are, the easier that is too. Extended fasting (usually 3-5 days) is one way to encourage the body to autophagize tissues that are no longer needed, once you get to a point where fasting feel like it’s an option.

I had lost about 40 pounds and couldn’t really tell. Granted I have a lot to lose. At the 55 mark, I fit into coats that were too small for me, my clothes fit much better, and while those I see every day don’t really see the change, people I haven’t seen in months can tell right away.
Keep plugging along; you will get there.
