Keto-related book recommendations

Hi all. I have been given a Booktopia voucher as a gift and though I’d spend it on keto-related books.
I’d be interested to hear recommendations from the forum.

The Obesity Code. The Science of Low Carb Living.

I also liked The Longevity Solution but it’s NOT a keto book. But it helped explained why I personally only lose weight if I limit protein.

How about Dr. Stephen Phinney’s book. I think it was called The Art and Science of a Low Carb Living. He and his co-author, Dr. Volek were 2 of the first scientists that started researching the low carb diet and Phinney coined the term ‘Nutritional Ketosis’ to separate it from the life threatening ketoacidosis, which is the only type of ketosis most doctors have heard of and why they have a visceral fear of ketosis.

Also, Dr. Bernstein’s diabetes solution : the complete guide to achieving normal blood sugars / Richard K. Bernstein. He’s a type one diabetic who got a blood sugar monitoring device when they were only available for emergency rooms for almost $700 and started taking control of his own insulin and diet and found he could achieve near normal blood glucose levels with less than 30g of carbs a day. I learned a lot from this book, including ideas on controlling my hunger.
