Planning to start on keto… but a vegetarian keto. But while calculating macros which is an essential part to loose weight… I could hardly find recipies of a meal that are low on calorie count. Becuase I am limiting my calorie count to 1200 to 1400 cal. Could any one suggest recipies with macros that suits my diet.

Keto is not a calorie counting diet. The basics of Keto are:

  • 20 grams or less of carbohydrates a day
  • moderate protein, scaled to lean body mass
  • fat to satiety.

Take some time to search the forum and you’ll find plenty of people doing vegetarian, and even vegan, adaptations of Keto.
