I have searched and searched and haven’t found an answer. I went to measure my keto with a blood keto meter and it said Lo which I found out that my ketones are too low to calculate. what I haven’t found out is if it is good or bad to have below zero ketones and can you still lose wight in that range?

Are you fat adapted? Either way I would contact the manufacturer and find out what LO actually means. Trace or nada?
