Keto question for meals!

Ok keto buddies quick question! i have been eating three meals a day and have been making sure i stick to no more than 20g net carbs. my question is some days, like today, i am not as hungry and can go with just having my black coffee with mct oil and heavy whipping cream and one meal for the day. is this ok? will it mess up my metabolism or should i stick to eating three meals a day even if I’m full?
this may be a dumb question but i don’t want to mess this up! i love this lifestyle

Low carbs. Check. Adequate protein. Check? Fat to satiety. Check. You are listening to your body’s cues. This is exactly how it should be done. If your not hungry don’t eat. When you’re hungry eat until you are satisfied.

That’s fine. Plenty of people do that, it’s known as OMAD - One Meal A Day

You absolutely can have the coffee and one meal a day, just make sure it is a good and substantial meal. If you start finding yourself hungry again then eat!
