I’m just looking for some advice.
Iv been on the Keto diet for around 6 weeks and it’s going well.
I’m in the UK Submarine service and want to keep it going while away. I think it’s Goni g to be a bit of a struggle as we can’t cook our own food. Does anyone have any ideas for low carb snack bars? Or anything along these lines?
Iv got some low carb shakes but and other help would be great…
