Is there such thing as keto powered milk?
Did some research, none of the powered milks are low enough for me.
Making white chocolate. Tried a recipe, not crazy about it.
There is one with powered milk however it’s not keto.
Someone told me if I can find a keto powered milk, a ton of baking and cooking can be achieved.
However, they did not know of any.
Heard also, vanilla cupcake and vanilla protein powders work well.
Never tried it.
Anyone have any idea on those? They do have the keto protein powders. I am just totally lost on how to create sugar free /keto desserts with them.
Thank you

Sounds like some kind of marketing catch words to me.

Nothing empowers a ketogenic metabolism other than limiting carbohydrate ( sugar ) intake…

Do you mean POWDERED milk??? If so, I doubt you can find that because milk without carbs is CREAM. I would look for a recipe that calls for heavy cream instead.

Yep, thought so… That’s what I’m going to have to do.
There are low carb powered milks but not low enough. Thank you

There is no keto powered milk that I know of. I was asking if anyone knew of keto powered milk.

Milk has sugar, not even a little, you take away the water and get a quite carby product…
Powdered coconut milk is carby too but less so.
Both may be fine if you use only a little and not if you use a lot.
(Heavy cream is somewhat carby too but richer, fattier, you usually need way less… Though some people use it in huge amounts. And some of us dislike lactose in significant amounts anyway.)

I don’t know why I would need powdered milk for cooking and baking… My desserts rarely need any dairy and I have less sugary ideas for flour. I usually go for sweets which need barely any flour type thing but lots of eggs.

I am sure there are recipes with protein powder. I never use it so I can’t help much but you use it instead of flour, obviously and if it’s flavored, instead of flavoring, too.

What do you want to make?

I am making vanilla chocolate. Not as easy as one thinks.
Spending tons of money too.
I make keto sample sweet bags and sell them.
Lots of desserts use protein powders. Peanut butter, Vanilla, chocolate, orange, tons of desserts.
Just expensive and don’t want to spend a ton of money. Good protein powder that tastes amazing is very expensive.
Can’t make it back in sales unless you’re making massive amounts.
They also have powered heavy cream, which is where I may end up going.
That’s something else people say is delicious in cooking and baking.
This powered business is new to me.
The shelf life is longer for what I do.
That’s also a big plus with powered substances.

You can buy powdered heavy cream, which will work fine. If you look on Amazon you’ll find several brands. Anthony’s gets the best reviews and has only one ingredient, sweet cream solids. Hoosier Hill Farms is also only one ingredient but it gets a lot of fairly bad reviews for product consistency, orders filled with expiring product- stuff like that. Other companies seem to enjoy putting skim milk solids in theirs, so they’d be a no go. If you’re in the US, the Anthony’s is sold out until the 9th. Probably something to do with the big run on dry goods.

Wow thank you! Imma start working more with the powders for a better taste and a longer shelf life! Thanks I completely agree after researching,
