This was only 5 carb per slice. And I could barely eat one slice. It’s amazing. My first time making it. Rest of family ordered dominoes so i made My own keto pizza.

Plan on making one tonight. Been talking about it, so promised the wife and son I would do one tonight. … I’ve had my eye on making the FatHead Pizza, because I want to see how it comes out. … Never tried olives though.

Just had the exact same topping pizza for lunch! Fathead pizza dough right? It is delicious.

I think it’s same as fathead. Crust contained mozzarella. Almond flour. Baking powder and xantham gum. It was yummy

It’s great. I used olives bc I didn’t have any bacon lol it was alright. Will do bacon next time and maybe black olives instead of this kind.

:face_with_hand_over_mouth: … I just pulled it out the oven, and I forgot the bacon, and I have some!!! :weary:

I added pepperoni and italian sausage, but actually was planning to put bacon as well. I actually like bacon most of the three. … Oh, well, next time. :slight_smile: This is how it came out.

She has a YouTube video on her website on how to prepare it. But here are ingredients for the crust.
2.5 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup almond flour
2tsp baking powder
1tsp xantham gum
And butter and seasonings for crust. I used parmesan cheese

Not sure? That’s what my wife said and even accused me of using a pan or something. … Told her I just kept working it outward, and it kind of just smoothed out? But it was indeed very good.

Haha it couldn’t have been more circular. I thought you cut it out with a cake pan or something. Looks great. Bet it tastes good too.

Yours looks better too. Maybe I need to try fathead crust instead. What is the recipe for that. Is it different than mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder and xantham gum??

Can i also get a sauce recipe? I used Raos but it’s expensive as hell. Won’t purchase it again

Here’s the link. … for sauce, I use Rao’s. There are different ones. Pizza, Marinara, Tomato Basil. I’ve been told there’s more, but these are the only ones that the Food Lion near me carries.

It takes a lot of cheese, but it is pretty good. … I might look at tweaking it some, which is something I like to do.

If you can’t find Rao’s in a nearby store, you can order it from Amazon. Not sure how many brands they carry?

I used Raos marinara. But it’s like $7 a jar… and most will go to waste since i only used 1/4 cup. :frowning:
I want to try home made next time.

There are other brands that aren’t as expensive. You’ll just have to check the lables.
