Hello every body. I have just joined the forum after reading accidentally the wonderful story of Ms. Brenda. I am very much impressed. I am confused between Keto, Palio and LCHF diets. Please clarify the differences among these three.

Keto is stricter than the other two as you must keep your carbohydrate intake to 20g or less, moderate protein & fat is eaten to satiety. This will lead to ketosis.
LCHF is less strict as you keep your carbs 100g or less, moderate protein & fat to satiety. You most likely will not enter ketosis.
Paleo allows all fruits & veg, protein, fats and very minimal ancient grains. Your macros can be set how you wish. You won’t enter ketosis.

Just to clarify: Paleo can result in being in ketosis depending on how low carb one goes. Most folks who have been paleo for a while have at least experimented with ketosis, and it generally feels like a pretty natural extension of paleo/ancestral eating.
