If after listening, you’ve determined that candida is a problem for you, you could start off by reducing your fat intake by about 5%. I find a slight reduction in fat consumption is all that’s needed to switch things around. The easiest way to do this is to make your daily keto RFL a bit smaller and enjoy it with a Fat Fueled, keto breakfast of greens and proteins.

Every time I see this Candida rash, my brain always sees Canada rash.

Will be curioue to see how fasting and keto will change the situation!

ACV is supposed to cure candida. I don’t remember the dosage etc but it helped with my candida of the mouth. It is actually when I started adding ACV daily and it has helped with breath and for my hubby mild cramping in the foot and calf. We take it right before dinner or bed depending on fasting. I also take some with breakfast

Im not sure if i can take it. I am on an acid reducer medication so i dont know if it would actually make the stomach thing worse??

I was on an acid reducer for years. Dumped them a few months ago in lieu of a couple tablespoons of daily apple cider vinegar (in 6-8 oz of water). Feel much, much better than the pills. Works faster too. Occasionally take 1 tblsp at night to control heart burn.
