My Keto night went really well! Good turn out and good conversation. There was a good mix of Ketonians and Keto-curious. Oh, and tons of good food!

A few people were already Keto, and some curious. I hope that I was able to convey the information clearly enough to make it sound not so complicated.

Congrats on a successful evening!

Did you have an agenda for discussion, or was it more organic with general discussions amongst your guests?

I handed out a brochure and a little goodie bag. I kind of went through my Keto story, and the basics about Keto and answered questions. I need to work on my speech. I’m not much good talking to group.
