Keto Movie Examples?

Just curious what are some examples of “keto movies” i.e. something that might be shown at Ketofest. I saw an older post listing FatHead, Fed Up and Cereal Killers. Are there others? Gary Taubes needs to make a movie. Thanks!

There is a great movie by Dr Jay Wortman called “My Big Fat Diet”, where a Canadian town went low carb, and there is another one from CJ Hunt called something like “The Perfect Human Diet” or something like that.

There is also a book written about two decades or so ago by a couple in British Columbia, called “The hundred mile diet”…although it was not low carb or keto in intention, they actually ate low carb because the couple went for an entire year eating only foods available within 100 miles. So, they would do things like forage the park for chicory leaves and saute in local grass fed butter, and eat local caught ocean fish, again sauteed in local butter. By the end of the book, their pants fell off, all their clothes were baggy and they felt great. They never touched grains…it wasn’t possible because British Columbia on the coast doesn’t have wheat fields. And rice or quinoa or any of that imported stuff was out of the question and not allowed. When I read the book, I didn’t realize what they were doing…but today, reflecting upon what I read, now it is obvious what happened.

Needs to be a keto movie… I wonder if we could turn keto fest into a documentary…

That would be cool…

There’s a sequel to Cereal Killers:

Cause I can’t make the first keto fest I’d like to see as much as possible…

A new Australian movie has recently been made about a young man changing to a keto diet a d thwn riding across Australia on a push bike. I really liked it, it was focused more on the advantages of keto for endurace and sports performance rather than weightloss. Its call Fat Chance.
