hi Keto community,
does anyone know of and tried a keto meal delivery service? i find the actual diet is not difficult put preparing my meals is very time consuming. i like to cook but was wondering if there are any good keto meal delivery services out there? kind of like blue apron, hello fresh, etc.

i haven’t used any but i know they exist…you could also use a paleo delivery service and prob specify your “no” list (like no sweet potatoes or whatever)
you could google with location services enabled and find a local to you treasure 
I’m not sure where you live, but I approached a local meal delivery service where I live, who is known for being able to do Paleo, gluten-free, Whole 30, etc customizations. I asked her to make keto meals for me - they’re not perfect, but she was able to customize for me, even with the addition that I don’t eat meat! Generally there’s not quite enough fat, so I just add some olive oil or make a bulletproof coffee to go with it.
