Keto may make me join the moving business

Moved into our new (1924) house (duplex) today. Took the movers 2 hours, door to door. Because there were no clothes, no boxes, no drawers, no “stuff”, everything labeled for location, and anything small enough to fit in my car was already moved. I’ve been a non-stop moving maniac the last couple of weeks.

And it just dawned on me that a mere16 months and 65 pounds ago, I would have not been able to go go go like this. In fact, I probably couldn’t have done it at fat 40.

My point is…If I feel this strong and full of energy at 67, I’m pretty sure I may be immortal. Anyway, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

It’s nice to leave things behind when you move. Especially weight. I hope that I can have as much energy at 67 yo.

Congratulations on the move! Nice that you had so much energy.

Congrats for being in your new home

Yes. I sure agree. I have more energy at 60 now than I did in my 50s, not a doubt about that  Worth every bit of change we went after isn’t it?!! Happy you are doing so well!

Last Saturday, I played a football match with my kids and his friends, I haven’'t done such strenuous exercise for years, but I did well in that match and I didn’t feel exhausted in the match!!! That’s unbelievable for me before keto.

How wonderful. Those are the moments we live for.
And eat for!
