Keto/ low carb citrus marmalade

Does anyone make marmalade? If so which sugar substitute do you use…didn’t want any strange aftertaste and I have so much citrus from my trees… Thanks

I don’t really eat marmalade or jam- basically because

  1. it is fruit and
  2. I dont have any bread to eat it with.

I used to love orange marmalade.
But you can look on youtube. Just put in keto marmalade or jam

Allulose is reputed to behave just like sugar. Unfortunately, it’s ridiculously expensive. $10.00 per pound last time I looked.
