Keto levels and keto flu

Hi guys,

At what keto levels does he keto flu tend to occur? Does it not occur until youre really starting to produce ketones, for example 1-1.5? Or higher? Would like to know your thoughts.

It’s nothing to do with ketone levels, it’s electrolyte imbalance most often - some say carb withdrawal.
