For the past week I have been doing a fun experiment with my keto levels and a ice bath. I have been following a keto diet and intermediate fasting regiment since 4 April 2018. For the past week my last food intake has been at 6PM and the ice bath has been at 12 noon the following day, and pre exercise. on average the pre vs post keto results have shifted .04 points. This does not sound like much but for me it is huge, I can walk by a carb of too much protein and kicked out of ketosis
