Right now I think the worst thing that could happen to Keto is to become associated with American conservatism. While fewer things are more political than food, if it becomes associated with an actual movement that’s even becoming increasingly unpopular in the Midwest and South, or forbid the Cheese Curd at the center of the Chocolate City ever gives it a nod, just go ahead and give it a blindfold and a cigarette.
