I have noticed a change in the quality of my energy, since I have begun to follow the keto way of living. It feels cleaner and more efficient. I have come up with my own term for this, and if it already pre exists please forgive me, but when I’m feeling good and everything is clicking, I call it the keto hum. I love it!
