I just dropped $100 on , liquid stevia, mct oil, isopure cookies and cream zero carb protein powder (for some cookies, fat bombs) got some candy molds for fat bombs. Also got some erythritol. Are all these things okay? My biggest concern is the protein powder I grabbed.

Are there any sugars in the powder? what does the nutritional panel look like?
I don’t know what isopure cookies are but they sound good lol.
Sucralose and it does have soy lecithin. But I’d only be using this as fat bombs not in actual larger meals so the protein in each one will be minuscule.
You know the main thing about keto is eating real food…
I’m afraid you have wasted your money on stuff that might not do you any good.
Next time drop the cash on rib eyes and pork belly and you won’t go far wrong…
Most people in this group use these items, I’m not eating this everyday. This is just for times I may have a sweeter craving. Thanks for your input though. I’ve been eating real foods for 2 months. This isn’t a daily implementation, and I’m not using the powder for protein replacement. So I’m not concerned I’m not “eating real food” 95% of my food intake is real food. Doesn’t mean I can’t ocassionaly have a treat.

That’s fine. Just stating 95% of my intake is real food. I don’t eat out, I don’t eat fast food. So once in a while a small treat is totally fine and appropriate. I’ve seen a lot of people on here suggest the stevia liquid for sweeteners. Erythritol is good if baking something on small occasions. The protein powder is only used for flavoring and each serving is such a small amount per serving that’s incorporated. And a lot of people on here use MCT oil in their coffees so honestly I don’t think my choices are bad, won’t be used daily. To each their own.

I meant are these things okay implemented into keto, as in ingredients are fine. I get that you don’t use them. Some people don’t use sweeteners, some do. Some don’t drink bulletproof coffee, some do. I have no problem you giving your opinion. I just gave mine back in return.
