Hey everyone I have recently noticed something that is not talked much about…

That moment when you discover a keto friendly food and fall in love with it!
Wether it be a whole food, restaurant or processed packaged food at the grocery store lets throw it all out here!

ONE RULE: It must be either something you can buy at a popular franchise or a whole food in general
Sorry Ma & pa businesses convience is key!

Here are some of my most recent discoveries

1.Nutritional yeast

Yummy and nutty cheesy flavor,It has lots of protein and b12!
Good as a cheese sub and makes baked goods taste more like the evil bread XD

2.Totally light flavor packets

One of the few powdered water enhancers that dont have any malt or dex!
Drink em all the time!

3.FUD RUCKERS
They Make KETO FRIENDLY WINGS!
“angel sounds”

Why do they need to put a trans fat in a water enhancer?

I don’t mind since I like too mix my psylum with my lemonade

I was ecstatic just to find Cauli-Rice in the freezer section! Back in the day it was a pain in the assto make from scratch.

I have kids. Kids like lunchables. Lunchables are ridiculous. But right near the lunchables are these P3 snacks. These are a better option when you’re on the go and they’re pretty inexpensive.

And something else. It’s not much more expensive ( if it is at all) than grating up a head of cauliflower. At least what I got. And it’s good! No off tastes or weird ingredients that I saw, just cauliflower without the extra work. I can definitely deal with that.

For real! A convenience food I’m more than happy to pay for. Lets just hope those national food conglomerations don’t have a secret spy on the forums!

My whole thing is if it had a face on it at one time its. good to eat.

(Cristian Lopez) #11

Sometimes when I wanna cringe for the sake of it I go too stalk vegan forums

Sorry, but I’ve never understood self-flagellation. Life is too short to beat yourself up.

These:

Found them at Publix and Walmart (about a buck cheaper at Wally World). I’m sure someone will say all of the ingredients aren’t fully keto, but they work.

I SAW THESE THE OTHER DAY AT THE REGISTER

there like 2-3 total carbs and seem like a quick and filling pick me up
!!

Sacha Inchi seeds/nuts are my new favorite. Zero net carbs, omega 3 fats, and some protein. Crunchy! So yummy!!

According to the USDA that is incorrect. You might want to take at look at their site. Thanks @matt for showing it to me. It’s been very helpful to look up things.

Looks like its about 2+ net…still OK it seems. I have never had or seen passion fruit as a whole fruit. Granted I have never looked.

Went to the fridge the other night to see what I could munch on, I usually have 4 or 5 pieces of cheese about 10—11 at night seen 2 massive jars of polish pickles in there, I looked and I’m like nahhh they gotta be high carb, went n checked, dam there no carb… So new nightly munchies are now pickles :cucumber: lmao…

Has anyone else noticed the price if cauliflower lately. My local Smart n Final has it at 1.79 or higher per lb. Trader Joe’s 2.49 ea for organic. Better but still? SMH.

I’ve noticed a few staple items like grass fed butter and heavy whipping cream going up lately. They’re even out of stock at times.

It wasn’t like this last year!
