2keto dudes podcasts are awesome but my wife is looking for a podcast that is more geared toward women. Can someone recommend a good true keto, woman targeted podcast?
Keto for women podcasts
Low carb keto living by Naturopath Jen could be helpful to her…but I haven’t listened to the podcasts yet. I find the 2dudes very relevant to me as they are total feminists. They had the fe-mail show and promised to try to do more in the future. She will have to search the Keto podcasts out there…if she finds any good ones ask her to share, would you?
I like this one a lot too. Leanne Vogel - The Keto Diet Podcast out of Healthful Pursuit.
Balanced Bites is a new podcast I just subscribed to. Looks like maybe paleo and not totally Keto, but has many interesting women’s health topics
I’ve asked around about this a few times and haven’t really found a good keto podcast lead by women. I love the episodes of 2KD that have the ladies on, and really appreciate the guys for doing that. But I’d love to hear the week by week experiences of women like Carl and Richard do. Of course, if I was really smart I’d just find a partner and do it myself, lol. But I don’t think it would be that interesting, lol.
I really hope that there will be more FEMAIL! podcasts coming soon.
I have these on routine play:

I have Leanne Vogel’s book actually and it’s really great at those meal prep ideas. It was given to me by my brother which meant a great deal at the time when I was met by a lot of skepticism by other family members. I’d love to hear her podcast. The book is also very upbeat and positive at a time when I was feeling like chopped liver and super messed up! The irony of it is that I never used a single one of Leanne’s recipes but I did pick out ingredients that were “safe” and that I wanted to try to incorporate into meals. I did find the calendar of meal preps too complicated for me to follow closely but from her, learned how to develop my own meal preps and hence avoid temptations throughout my keto journey just by preparing all my meals ahead of time carefully.
I’d love to hear about the effect of keto on our cycles as women and also on our hormones(if relevant) as we age. Keto regulated my cycles and alleviated a lot of menstrual cramping and pain. My cycles are virtually painless for me and very short where I used to double over in the fetal position for hours in pain on day 1 of my period. Sorry if TMI. I am also interested in keto-appropriate multivitamins.
Edit: Oh no. I came to the conversation late. It appears this discussion is from 2017.
