My daughter is a 13 yr old (14 in June of this year) and has agreed to do keto with me as a way to increase her performance and to get rid of the extra weight shes carried this year. She plays soccer, mostly defender, rides in equine sporting events, and rides bike trails with me. This year she’ll start doing some obstacle courses and 5ks as well. Question is - how to balance her intake to keep her from being overly hungry and what snacks are your go tos?
