Anybody out there with no weigh problems but able to keep muscle mass and no loose too much weight? I lift weights and want to continue to build muscle. Anybody on the same boat?

Check out Jason Wittrock on Youtube. He is a body builder and does keto.

I have put on muscle after a year of low carb and I train for strength not muscle hypertrophy. So yes you can eat low carb and build lean mass.

Google Ketogains. That’s a great muscle and body comp group. I’m formerly obese and not wanting to bulk gain, so I’m a better fit for the 2 Keto dudes group socially. I do like the Keto gains group a lot, though.
