So after my wildly successful Keto / Fasting program of the last 74 days, I took the weekend off and ate as I wanted to.
I still kept most meals keto-friendly but did have a few meals that approached a level of Carbohydrate Armageddon…
I weighed myself this morning as a baseline for my next weight loss goal.
Friday morning I was 231.9
This morning I was 229.8! BONUS!
I don’t know how I lost weight, but I’ll take it!
