Keto for 74 days straight - fast for 86 hours, then ate what I wanted for the weekend

Didn’t know where this fit the boards…

So after my wildly successful Keto / Fasting program of the last 74 days, I took the weekend off and ate as I wanted to.

I still kept most meals keto-friendly but did have a few meals that approached a level of Carbohydrate Armageddon… :joy::joy:

I weighed myself this morning as a baseline for my next weight loss goal.

Friday morning I was 231.9

This morning I was 229.8! BONUS!

I don’t know how I lost weight, but I’ll take it!

It sure is great!

I was ready to see a number 3 - 5 pounds heavier than my Friday lows. I thought it would just be part of the plan.

I was shocked to see I’d lost weight.

It makes jumping back into the deep end of our Keto-Pool all the more refreshing!

222.5 (60 lbs lost) is less than 8 pounds away!
