Male age 58 with great success on Keto over the past year. Down to my college size of 165lbs and 32 inch jeans about 15% body fat and feel like I am 20. I eat 2 meals per day and am no longer ruled by hunger. I do a full 36 fast monthly. THANK YOU all for the inspiration and support.
I eat eggs, red meat and dairy and lots of greens and veggies and avocado. My PSA has gone up from 2.1 to 3.2 over the last year. Which is not great but still within normal. (you get a biopsy if it goes over 4.0) Some research indicates those foods could cause benign prostate hypertrophy. Can any of you older guys suggest foods that are NOT BPH inducing.
