Not sure where to find good foods and not so good for the Keto way. Is there a food chart to follow guidelines somewhere?? I need to lose 30 lbs of belly blubber. Can’t really exercise more than walking dog because of serious back and hip issues. Just need to know how to get started

I use Cronometer to track everything I eat. Initially I used it for meal planning, playing with foods and ingredients until I had three meals a day that didn’t go over 20 g of carbs, about 60 grams of protein and the rest being fat. If you track and plan your foods for a while it will get easier to get a feel for what works for you.
Basically green leafy veggies are fine, nothing that grows below ground. Fatty meats, fatty salad dressings, eggs, bacon etc.
