Hi new to keto 21 days. Lost 11 pounds 2” in week and half and nothing since. Started blood testing 3 days ago to see if I can see a pattern. I fluctuate from .04 to 3 I had yesterday post fasted workout. Is fluctuating normal? Am I over thinking this?

I feel great. It’s gotten me back on track in tracking macros and working out. My stomach issues are all but gone. For the most part improved energy. But I am obsessed with my ketone level. Do I actually need to be?
Fluctuations throughout the day are definitely normal and expected.
And yes you are overthinking it. If you’re in Nutritional keto and you stick to your carb limit you’ll be OK.
If you’re heavily into sport and eating 3000 or 5000 cal a day And you want to compare Food A versus food Makes sense. But you have to take all the factors like the time of day, when you last ate … under consideration. Or just at the same time of day …

That makes much more sense - instead of fluctuating from nearly zero up to 3 you are actually fluctuating from just slightly below ketosis (per Phinney it should always be above 0.5) to well into ketosis.
