Keto flu coming back after 6 months, maybe never fully went away

I’ve been on Keto for 6 months and I’m near my goal weight, I’ve lost about 30 lbs. I seem to be having a recurrence of flu symptoms. My keto flu symptoms originally lasted 2 weeks. Light headed, a bit dizzy, trouble thinking straight, headaches, agitation. Mostly it felt like I’d had way too much coffee, and don’t I tolerate coffee well. I read up on how to get rid of the symptoms but nothing helped for me.

All my symptoms went away after the initial 2 weeks EXCEPT the lightheadedness for the last 6 months. It improved but it was still noticeable, occasionally lightly dizzy. I ignored it because in general I felt pretty good, never tired and all the other benefits of keto.

Recently for the past week I’ve felt worse and feels just about like when I was originally going through the flu.

About 3 weeks ago I started low calorie MWF of about 500 calories to bust through my plateau for the last few lbs. Felt fine when this started.
Around a week ago I had 6 corn chips and ¼ cup of pinto beans. First time I’ve had those items. Counting the carbs this doesn’t seem too far out of the ordinary for what I’ve been eating

Keto sticks say I’ve been in keto this whole week.
