So I am new to keto this year, and I keep hearing about Ketofest. Is that a thing of the past? I bounce around on the podcast and the latest date I heard about it was 2022 so that gave me a bit of hope.

Greetings! Yes, it’s still a thing. The pandemic knocked things around a bit but things seem to have settled back into a kind of groove. The location and timing may continue to vary, though, so attending can range from convenient to impossible.

I don’t think they’re having KetoFest this year, though, due to Richard’s school requirements. Next year I think instead.
