Hello,I thought it would be interesting to see what a typical meal in a day is for a newbie vs a veteran. This is not only informative for us newcomers but also interesting to see how we evolve. I would like each poster to list a “then” (new to keto) and a “now” (wise wisdom keto) . Also if you can list how long in keto you were during these times would be helpful. Thank you I will go first but I only have a “now” list since I’m New sry.

1 cup of coffee with a shot of cream for breakfast. Also the dredded fatbomb.
For lunch usually turkey or ham and cheese roll ups with mustard or deviled eggs.
Dinner is a juicy steak with steamed broccoli and butter.
