I can not eat red meat, nuts or raw veggies. Are there any ways to get you needed amount protien?
Keto diet with restricted foods
Pork is a good source of fatty meat.
Spinach can be cooked. There are some wonderful creamed spinach recipes that can also be very fatty as well.
There is also broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage. And really any veggie can be keto in the correct amount.

I’ve just dscovered hemp seeds… they’re quite high in protein and fat.
How about eating the same protein you ate before keto.

What is a “little”?
I try to keep my protein below 50 g/day. That is 8oz of fish, not a small amount, but not huge either. I like sardines, but that little can of stinky fish at the office is half of my protein for the day so I try not to do that often. I try to save my protein for dinning when I am eating with my family in the evenings.
Most mornings it is just coffee with butter added, or nothing at all. Lunch is often an oz of pecans and coconut oil, or nothing at all. I am avoiding the protein, saving it for dinner.
If you are having trouble getting your “needed” amount of protein, you might want to reassess what is “needed”, a qualitative term. Recommended levels of protein consumption cover a very wide range of values depending on source.

I also suffer with IBS. You may find over time that you can eat the things again as your body heals.
According to Dr. Don Colbert’s the Keto Zone I need about 113 g/day since I weigh over 226 lbs (He says that you need 2.2 g per pound of weight per day). I am getting around 40 g/per day.
Since I have gastroparesis this is very dangerous.
