Keto diet in Pill form? - BHB

Gold Coast Keto

Why not do it with just food? Am I missing something here?

Because people, in general, want everything easy. They’re not willing to work, fight, struggle or persevere for something important. In other words, they’re lazy.
It’s the microwave generation that gets impatient because it takes one minute to heat up their food.
They never learned to wait like we did. Back in our day if you ordered something by mail it would take six to eight weeks for it to arrive. Now we have next day delivery.
It took 30 to 40 minutes to heat up leftovers. Now just seconds.
The list goes on and on.

That’s it exactly Geezy. Just drop a pill to fix everything. Easy… and a nice profit for someone too.

How would it work if in pill form? I don’t understand what the approach would be.!

The product is beta hydroxybutyrate salts in a gummie. I don’t think upping your BHB does anything if you still eat carbage, does it?

No, you’re not missing much. There is some value, however, in keeping ketones elevated for Alzheimer’s patients, people with brain disorders (either mental or neuro-muscular), TBI, and so forth.

Studies of patients with Alzheimer’s disease who were given exogenous ketones because they refused to change their diet, show that the exogengous ketones can help with cognition in spite of the poor diet, though of course going keto helps immensely.

Makes no sense to me. I mean, it makes perfect sense people want to make money…

allowing you to achieve the ultimate body shape and active lifestyle.

By eating gummies because I can’t do keto without them  Sure. I will magically want to exercise. (Of course they wouldn’t do much to my appetite and hunger either but maybe I am an outsider who needs a proper meal to get satiated and satisfied.)

I don’t say a snack couldn’t be very helpful. Just that they wrote in way too many words that “here is some better snack than sugar, buy this!”. And do keto and exercise if you want to be fit, it’s just a tiny potential help…

I didn’t see an ingredients list, they surely use sweeteners galore in it, right? As “normal” people want sugary sweet gummies… Well that may not be ideal for everyone.

Lot of benefits to Exogenous Ketones, faking eating a Keto diet isn’t one of them.

My whole goal when starting my latest journey this last September was to free myself from prescription drugs and other supplements if it all possible.
There isn’t really a true shortcut to anything in life worth having.
