Has anyone tried cycling? It it a good idea or should I just stay with regular Keto?
Keto Cycling
My primary purpose for keto is to minimize the risks of the various metabolic diseases. For that purpose I see no reason to stray. To make that easier I’ve worked out meals and meal timing that seems to make things easier. I schedual my hungry times. Like exercise it gets easier with practice. In a week I’ll be vacationing with siblings and families. I’ve got a plan for participaing in the evening dinner ritual by just eating the things that are keto and may be a spoonful of the other stuff. As it is I put food in my mouth 12 times a week. One day I eat nothing. When I can’t find appropriate food I can just not eat.
Last time I tried cycling, I did something wrong and ended up flying over the handle bars and breaking both arms. The damned bicycle was fine, but i was in hospital and rehab for two-and-a-half months and am still not quite right (no comments from the peanut gallery!). Even though I’m keto now, no cycling for me!
