From my searching online, yeah it’s usually only during adaptation but could also be a side effect of poor food choice.
Keto Crotch
I have already listened to a podcast where one of the people thought this was mighty suspect - like a coordinated attack on Keto coming from many places at the same time.
It is sad because there really isn’t a way to see if this sudden urgent warning was just planted by vegans, fake food companies and others (Weight Watchers) that will lose as the tide turns Keto - or whether it just got caught up in the news cycle as great click-bait given the use of the word “crotch”. Why research facts and present numbers if you can get the big-number-of-clicks from being first in the news cycle?
I’m not sure that not hearing about it here is a great indicator of prevalence - if it was a “light” case, might just be ignored as a startup cost - if it was a heavy case, might cause someone to quit (so they wouldn’t be here to discuss).
