Keto Coach?

(Murry Ellison) #1

Ok soooo I’m ready to start my Keto journey, plenty of fellow firefighters are doing it and having great success and others not so much. Just bought Thomas Delauer program and it’s very informative…almost to much for me. I live in Plant City FL and need a coach to help me get started figuring out all the macro/micro stuff. I’m crazy obsessed when I start, but everything I read about Keto is pretty strict. I just want to get the best possible results and need someone to show me how. Looking for a trainer that walks the walk and talks the talk. Having trouble finding that any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated!

I am a patient of Dr. Westman. He practices a solid, simple and sustainable approach. Very practical. I am approaching my second year of low-carb living. Just today, I re-listened to his famous introduction to low-carb practice, which you can listen to, here.

After all the science and confusion, this video is wonderful. This way-of-eating need not be complex, mystical or mysterious. He has helped thousands of patients lose and keep the weight off. No macros, no counting, no gyrations, calculations, powers, bars, exercise routines, or all that other garbage people try to sell you. Healthy living just by knowing better.

Give it a listen.

Feel free to ask me any questions after you’ve listened.

@carl is interested in doing keto coaching, but I don’t know if that includes long distance. Shoot him a PM, or see if he replies to this post.

Thank you for posting this great video. I watched this ages ago and was reminded of how simple his recommendations sound and how calm his demeanor is - different than the many advocates on-line who are self described KETO experts. No bells and whistles - no product endorsement.
Don’t agree with the Jello or multivitamin recommendations and cholesterol can go up - but there are tabs on this forum to educate us on the new data on cholesterol.
Good luck Murry!
