Day 1 of dairy free (damn!) Keto eating is over! I made it. I had some sauted mushroom, cauliflower and chicken broth. I also had two tiny pieces of chicken stewed and stir fried in their own fat (added some extra skin). I had 10-15 almonds roasted with pink salt, flaxseed and watermelon seed. I had one TBS of virgin coconut oil with coffee. I had my lunch around 2.30 and nibbled on the flaxseed-almond mix around 4.30 and had one cauliflower floret in tomato puree around 5.30 accompanied by a tall glass of mint tea with stevia, lemon and salt.
I made whet protein pancakes for my mother and fried them in butter and didn’t crave either. Must be a miracle.
Sadly, I’m a little bloated now. I guess it’s the seeds. God I miss things I can munch on. Ughhhhh. I desperately need dairy free salty recipes for crunchy snacks. Help. I’m not craving sweets which is a great development and I’m a little too keen on having savory tangy treats. Any idea why ?
I did shots of ACV with lime.
But I think I’ll go stricter. I’ll do a clense sort of thing. Has anyone done a clense on keto? I have tons of broth left. Is a clense a good idea?

What are you hoping to “cleanse”? Also your eating just sounds like a bunch of snacking…
What’s a keto cleanse? Does it help during the first few weeks of madness?

Oh I had no idea… I usually do eggs or fishes and salads but I also eat a lot of cheese/whipping cream. And I eat only lunch, so if that sounds like snacks then sadly that’s what I usually do.
What do you suggest? I’m afraid of gaining weight if I don’t do IF.
I’ve been writing about how I got bloated by eating ghee. I’ve only recently become intolerant to ghee, though I’m fine with eating butter and milk in general. I have no issues having cream cheese or cheese but since I’ve had ghee last night accidentally (I didn’t cook and there was ghee in the curry) I’ve been Terriblly bloated (capital T) and have almost doubled my belly overnight.
I was down to 42 KGS but since the holidays in started gaining weight and though I lost some, I’m stuck between 47 and 48. I feel lazy and tired. I need to lose weight.
You were down to 92.4 lbs and as “high” as 105 lbs and you “need to lose weight?” How tall are you?
