Keto cheat meals to help whoosh effect?

Is it true?

I’ve been stuck at 148 for a month and my goal is 140. I carbo loaded last night to confuse my body after 4 months of no carbs. First off I feel like poop, second I’m fasting today except for mct and coffee, and third will the carbs help create a whoosh??

Maybe, maybe not. Occasional carbs are more for overall metabolic purposes. They’re to get your metabolism upticking a bit and tell your body not to be so focused on retaining fat. Depending on how many you ate, you may or may not see a scale loss with only one time.

I ate dinner filled with carbs but the rest of the day was healthy.

Carbs eaten for metabolic purposes are healthy as well.

Maybe. I think a lot depends on your metabolic flexibility (how well your hormones behave) but the idea of switching things up, whether it’s simply eating more calories in the form of protein and fat or eating a higher number of carbs may or may not work.
Only your body knows the answer.

The fact that you feel like poop leads me to believe you might have overdone it with the carbs. I suppose it also depends on if it was chocolate cake carbs or sweet potato carbs.
