Could I have a keto cheat day, where I keep carbs relatively low, basically eating the foods I usually eat but in larger portions?
Keto cheat day?

That’s not cheating. That’s eating Keto.
Keto isn’t about watching calories. You eat to satiety. The weight control comes from controlling insulin.

It’s all going to depend on your tolerance for carbs. I often go up to 40 or 50 and stay in ketosis (or at least my blood sugars don’t stay high and I don’t trigger hunger). I could probably go higher, but I haven’t tried.

If your definition of cheat day is too go over your daily carbs and protein goal then you can absolutely have a cheat day while eating keto foods, you’d just have to eat a lot of them, all day.
